This light limoncello spritz is the perfect summer cocktail, full of zesty lemon flavour.

With limoncello, Prosecco and soda water, this refreshing cocktail is ready to drink in just two minutes!

A glass of limoncello spritz served with fresh mint, lemon slices and two straws.

This limoncello spritz cocktail is sweet, fizzy and zesty, and just screams out summer on the Amalfi coast in Italy.

Whilst I will always have a soft spot for creamy chocolate cocktails like Toblerone cocktail; for hot summer days, refreshing cocktails such as this Limoncello spritz made with Prosecco, a Vodka sunrise or a pornstar martini are definitely on the menu. Or for something cool and a little creamy, my Midori cocktail is full of lush tropical flavours!
