A boozy Salted Caramel Cocktail made with salted caramel sauce, vodka, salted caramel Baileys and milk… dessert in a glass!

It’s been almost an entire year since I posted my last cocktail recipe on Bake Play Smile… which means that it is WELL AND TRULY time for a new one. And I have a very, very good feeling that you’re going to love this one as much as I do.

Looking down on a creamy cocktail with caramel swirls beside of a bottle of Baileys and Vodka

If you’ve been visiting for a little while, you’ll know that my love of salted caramel runs very strong…. everything from cakes to sauce, slices to desserts ( to check out my entire salted caramel collection if you’re as obsessed as me!!). If it’s salted caramel related, I’m t. Which brings me to this baby….

Meet my boozy and delicious Salted Caramel Cocktail. It’s rich, it’s creamy and it’s just like a dessert in a glass. It’s actually the best thing in the entire world (of cocktails that is!!).

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed for 10-15 seconds or until completely combined (if using a Thermomix, mix on Speed 8, 10 seconds).
  2. Pour into 2 serving glasses, drizzle over extra salted caramel sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

For this recipe it’s best to use a salted caramel sauce that is slightly runny. If yours is too thick, simply place it in the microwave for a few seconds and then allow it to cool slightly.
If you can’t buy salted caramel Baileys, you can substitute it for original Baileys.
